What began as personal survival became stewardship. What became success is now responsibility.

The Rooted Way Foundation exists to reinvest everything I’ve been entrusted with: my story, my skills, and the proceeds of my businesses, into others who are navigating transition, rebuilding identity, and discovering purpose.

From Survival To Service

My path to philanthropy didn’t start with resources; it started with resilience.

I grew up in foster care, navigating instability at an age when safety should have been assumed. Long before I had a title, a salary, or a platform, I learned what it meant to live in transition. That lived experience shaped everything that followed.

As my career grew, service became non-negotiable. I began volunteering, mentoring, serving on nonprofit boards, and advising organizations focused on youth, leadership, and opportunity, most notably my work with Orangewood Foundation.

But over time, something became clear:
Philanthropy wasn’t meant to sit alongside my work.
It was meant to be woven through it.

The Rooted Way Foundation is the natural evolution of that calling.

Rooted In God’s Way

This foundation is not only rooted in purpose; it is rooted in faith.

I am a graduate of Mariners Church Rooted, a discipleship experience that reframes your life as a living testimony. Rooted taught me that our stories, especially the painful ones, are not obstacles to faith, but evidence of God’s work through us.

Discipleship isn’t perfection.
It’s obedience.
It’s stewardship.
It’s living your testimony out loud.

Who We Serve

The Rooted Way Foundation exists to support individuals navigating life transitions, particularly those from vulnerable or underserved backgrounds.

This includes:

Individuals aging out of foster care
Veterans and military-adjacent communities
First-generation professionals and students
Entrepreneurs rebuilding after disruption
Individuals rediscovering identity, purpose, and direction

We focus on the in-between seasons, the moments where guidance, structure, and belief matter most.

A portion of proceeds from all of my businesses, including speaking, books, digital products, and LifeStamp Branding services, are reinvested directly into the foundation.

This isn’t a side initiative. It’s the end destination.

Every product sold, every service delivered, every platform built contributes to creating access, opportunity, and rooted growth for others.
